INSTEAD OF SALT - 1 -



As we have already mentioned, to protect our health and take care of our body shape we need to reduce the use of salt.
How can we replace the salt and avoid eating bland food?

Let’s prepare our own seasonings for various dishes, such as sauces or grilled fish, meat and vegetables. The base will always be fresh spices and herbs.
Or buy "gomasio", the alternative to salt, which comes from the Far East. It is based on sea-salt and lightly toasted sesame seeds. Obviously if you have time, you can make it yourself.
It keeps about 8-10 days, then loses some aroma.
