DER LETZTE KOCHKURS

Bei meinem Kochkurs "Leichte Mediterrane Küche" letzte Woche haben wir gemeinsam an zwei Terminen zwei vollständige Menüs zubereitet.
Alles hat super geklappt. 
Vor allem, haben wir sehr viel Spaß gehabt.

BUFFALO MOZZARELLA

I cant’t resist the real  “mozzarella di bufala” (buffalo mozzarella).
This is one of the prides of the Italian cuisine and it is made from the milk of the domestic Italian water buffalo.
If it is handmade, one mozzarella can weigh between 300-500 g and you can see why once you cut it: its semi-soft elastic texture is full of milk that naturally oozes. YUMMY! But don’t overdo with it because buffalo mozzarella is relatively calorie-dense.

OSTIA BY NIGHT

Since this year the street along the beach has been turned into a pedestrian zone from 9:00pm-3:00am.
You can stroll along the seaside enjoying the breeze listening to live music along the promenade or have a look at “painter’s corner”

MY HOLIDAY

Hello everybody! Meanwhile I’ve been on holiday for two weeks and I enjoy every single day.
In the morning before I get to the beach, I go for power walking for two hours and this allows me to indulge good food with my friends. 
I enjoy trying new restaurants. I discovered a place where you can get whole grain pizzas with unusual toppings and another one, where the ice cream is so good that after the first slurp you thing to be already in heaven… 
Despite that, thanks to my walks along the beach and the exercises in the pinewood, my scale is still very friendly to me ;)

Remember: don’t be on a diet. Eat moderately, vary as much as you can, enjoy what you eat and move, move, move!!!
