MY HOLIDAY

Hello everybody! Meanwhile I’ve been on holiday for two weeks and I enjoy every single day.
In the morning before I get to the beach, I go for power walking for two hours and this allows me to indulge good food with my friends. 
I enjoy trying new restaurants. I discovered a place where you can get whole grain pizzas with unusual toppings and another one, where the ice cream is so good that after the first slurp you thing to be already in heaven… 
Despite that, thanks to my walks along the beach and the exercises in the pinewood, my scale is still very friendly to me ;)

Remember: don’t be on a diet. Eat moderately, vary as much as you can, enjoy what you eat and move, move, move!!!
