When it comes to diet, one of the most common problems is the lazy colon.
We often eat in the wrong way, and we don’t consume the
fibers necessary and to our
digestion. To work
well, our intestines need about 40g
of fiber a day.
What does that
mean in practice?
That to fix that
annoying complaint it would be enough to eat every day one of
the foods listed here:
250g whole
wheat bread, 200g potatoes
(about 3), one unpeeled
apple, one peeled pear, 50g raspberries, 150g cooked green beans, a portion of mixed salad with sweetcorn.
The important thing is not to forget to drink, so that the fibers, in contact with the liquid, are able to perform their function.
Water is the key, if you don’t want to get the opposite result!
