SUMMER IS GETTING CLOSER

Summer is just around the corner, and for many of us, soon it will be beachwear time. Don’t forget to combine your diet with lots of exercise.
For example, alternate circuit training with long walks or bike rides outside.
Don’t panic: there is still plenty of time to lose a few pounds in a healthy way, so don't be tempted to do any crash-diets!  J
