JERUSALEM ARTICHOK



Hello everyone! Who doesn't know the Jerusalem artichoke yet? Have you already tried it?

If not, now is the time to do so!! In fact, this lumpy, uninviting looking-tuber, has many properties that can help us to maintain a healthy diet. 

It is the ideal solution for all those like me who love artichokes, but have no time to clean them. In fact, the flavour of the Jerusalem artichoke reminds very much of the flavour of the artichoke, but it can be cleaned as quickly as potatoes. 
It can be eaten both raw and cooked. 

The Jerusalem artichoke contains inulin, which is a vegetable fiber with excellent properties. In fact, it facilitates digestion, reduces the formation of intestinal gas and satisfies our hunger for a long time. 


It is very suitable not only for those suffering from diabetes, but to all those who, while wishing to lose weight, are always hungry and may not be able to control themselves. 

Drink plenty of water before you sit down at the table to eat Jerusalem artichokes, so that the union of water with inulin prolongs your sense of satiety.
