Summer
is definitely over and it’s time again for a good cup of tea. This season the
favourite ones are herbal and fruit in different combinations.
At the moment ginger is the most popular, especially if combined with citrus fruits,
camomile and mint.
No
matter which herbal tea you choose, always make sure that the water has
properly boiled and let the tea steep for at least 5-10 min. to avoid drinking
any unhealthy microorganisms which could be in the leaves.
