HOW TO MARINATE - 2 -




The citrus marinade is suitable for slices and chunks of veal, sliced vegetables (courgettes, eggplants, peppers) and fillets of fish and shellfish.

For this type of marinade lemon juice is commonly used, but orange or grapefruit juice are also suitable.

The process is simple: after leaving the food dipped in lemon juice for 30 minutes to 2-3 hours, drain and dress with olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped herbs.
