SOMETHING FISHY



How about eating fish tonight? A portion of fresh salmon (rich in omega-3 fatty acids) marinated in soya souce and fresh ginger.

It is a good habit to eat fatty fish (salmon, sardines, mackerel) once a week, as they can protect you from problems such as heart attack, stroke, arrhythmia, high blood pressure and high triglycerides.

As a side dish I serve roasted green asparagus.

It is so quick and so yummy!
