Il corso non era solo per Italiani, ma indirizzato a tutti coloro che avevano voglia di cucinare comunicando in Italiano. 
Il menu prevedeva piatti tipici rivisitati in una versione più sana, ma altrettanto gustosa.
Ci siamo divertiti da matti e tutti hanno lavorato e presentato piatti buonissimi :)

Das war mein Superteam bei dem Kurs "Füsionküche" letzten Donnerstag.
Der Kurs war eine Premiere und die Rezepte eine gekonnte Mischung zwischen Osten und Westen.
Das Ergebnis: HAMMER, auch wenn ich es sage :)

Over the last years in Italy the number of pizza bakers offering whole grain pizza, in addition to the traditional one, have increased. This is a great news and tell us that we are moving in the right direction
