INSTEAD OF SALT - 2 -



We won’t miss the salt, if we combine the right herbs and spices with the right food. Only appropriate combinations can enhance the flavor of the food.

Below you can find some examples of combinations that give more flavor to the food and won’t make you miss the salt:

LAMB: garlic, dill, oregano, thyme, rosemary, mint, curry.

PULSES: cumin, coriander, garlic, paprika.

BEEF: bay leaf, basil, garlic, curry, chili powder, thyme, ginger, allspice, marjoram, oregano.

FISH: onion, bay leaves, tarragon, chives, thyme, paprika, sage, nutmeg, dill, mustard
