BREAKFAST TIME

In Italy I love to start my day with a cappuccino at the bar . 

I'm a regular customer here since over twenty years.

Meanwhile they know that I like my cappuccino with skimmed milk and when I decide to treat myself with a "wholegrain cornetto with honey" (only on the weekend) I always get a warm one: yummy!

After breakfast I go for power walking :)
